The Institute for Brazilian Audiovisual Content (ICAB) is a strategic hub for the internationalization of the brazilian audiovisual sector, promoting connections between national and international professionals, companies, and institutions. We work on business development, conducting trade missions, training professionals, and participating in international markets, expanding the presence of brazilian culture through audiovisual products and services on the global stage, fostering opportunities, and generating export matrices for the sector. Founded on May 14, 2014, ICAB emerged as a response to the growing demand for effective strategies for the growth of brazilian audiovisual production and its insertion in the international market. Inspired by international audiovisual institutes, ICAB is a space for the permanent exchange of knowledge and practices, promoting business development, professional qualification, and the Brazilian audiovisual content in all its forms.
Headquartered in Rio de Janeiro and with a branch in São Paulo, ICAB is a non-profit, private organization, qualified as an OSCIP (Civil Society Organization of Public Interest) by the Ministry of Justice on October 7, 2014.
